**A few things to remember to receive the best service:

1.  Please allow us enough time to wash your dog.  The amount of time required to wash your dog is a minimum of 2 hours.  You will be called when your dog is ready for pick-up. 
2.  All full-service washes must be dropped off by 5:00PM Mon-Fri and 4:00PM Saturday & Sunday.
3.  No appointments taken.  Drop-off service only.
4.  We do not cut out matted hair on full-service washes.  Please call for pricing and availability with our experienced groomer.
